Closed Camp Rees, Pusan (1202-1345) 151755 December 1948. (3) The following units departed the Port of Pusan on dates indicated with destination, 4th Replacement Depot, APO 703. Permanent change of station. 65th QM Depot Supply Company departed 150535 December 1948. 790th Railway Operating Battalion departed 160001 December 1948. (5) Effective 15 December 1948 the Kyongsang Pukto province was turned over to the Korean Security Forces. (6) During the Period 9,735 Military and 19,078 Civilian Measurement Tons were discharged at the Port of Pusan. (7) During the period 05 December to 11 December 1948, 3,518 Military Measurement Tons were outloaded at the Port of Pusan. b. 7th Infantry Division: (1) Co "A", 32nd Infantry Regiment departed Pochon (1030.0-1683.5) 10 December 1948. Korea Base Command: (1) During the period 05 December to 11 December 1948, 16,935 Military Measurement Tons were outloaded at the Port of Inchon. (2) During the period 6,423 Military Measurement Tons were discharged at the Port of Inchon. d. 80th Medical Group: (1) Effective 15 December the following unit was reduced to record status: 377th Station Hospital. e. Special Troops, XXIV Corps: (1) The 24th MP CID departed the Port of Pusan on 16 December 1948 with destination, 4th Replacement Depot, APO 703. Permanent change of station. (2) The USAFIK AES Detachment departed the Port of Inchon on 15 December 1948 with destination 4th Replacement Depot, APO 703. Permanent change of station. 4. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS Minor troop displacements were effected. All major commands continued normal occupation duties. 5. MISCELLANEOUS a. Korean Coast Guard: During the period the Korean Coast Guard investigated 62 vessels operating in Korean waters. b. Korean Constabulary: (1) 18th Constabulary Regiment was activated 20 November 1948 and located at Pohang Dong ([illegible]). (3) The 4th Constabulary Regiment has been redesignated the 20th Constabulary Regiment and is located at Kwang-Ju (991-1350) 20 November 1948. (4) 4th Constabulary Brigade has been redesignated the 6th Brigade with headquarters at Chŏng-Ju (1091-1572) 20 November 1948. c.
