1. OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE.
a. Russian Air Activity:
Unidentified Plane Observed Over ONGJIN:
32nd Inf, ONGJIN Detachment (840.1-1690.5), reported that at 1345 hours, 20 November 1948, one (1) unidentified, twin engine plane, silver in color, was observed flying EAST to WEST, about two hundred (200) yards north of the parallel, at an estirated altitude of three thousand (3,000) feet. (B-2)
2. COUNTER INTELLIGENCE - None reported.
3. CIVIL RELATIONS.
a. Civil Disturbances:
Other Intelligence Sources, reported that many ardent members of the SOUTH KOREAN LABOR PARTY and affiliated organizations are migrating to INCHON from the SEOUL, YUNG DUNG PO, and
YOSU Areas. The purpose of this migration is to insure an adequate manpower supply in the event of riots in the INCHON Area.

4. SUMMARY OF INTELLIGENCE IN ADJACENT AREAS.
a. Rebels Surrounded In KOK SONG:
6th Division, received a Constabulary report that at
0925 hours, 20 November 1948, approximately three hundred (300)
rebels are surrounded in KOK SONG (1029-1366). This force is being attacked by elements of three (3) Korean Army brigades.(C-3)
b. CHEJU-DO RAIDERS IN NEW ACTION:
Other Intelligence Sources, reported that at 0500 hours,
21 November 1948, fifteen (15) raiders were killed in a fire fight at WOL PYONG-MI (957-1146).
