다음과 같은 정보를 제24사단 정보참모로부터 받았음.
이곳 방첩대가 일본에 거주하는 조선인 도쿄 본부가 폭도를 지원하기 위해 남 한으로 지원자를 파견하라고 현 본부에 지시를 내렸다고 한다. 후쿠오카 조선인 지부는 FAISHA Island(제주도)를 거쳐 목포에 지원자 100명을 보낼 준비를 하 고 있다. 정보를 확인하고, 가능하다면 상륙을 위한 집결지와 출발 날짜를 알아내 기 위해 조사하고 있다. 추가 정보를 있으면 전달될 것이다. (B-3)

The following information received from the AO of S, G-2
24th Division:
CIC here indicates that Tokyo Hqs of Koreans residing in
Japan has issued a directive to Prefectural League Hq to send volunteers to South Korea to assist the rebels. Fukuoko Hq
Korean League preparing to dispatch 100 volunteers to MOKPO via PARSHA Island (CHEJU). Investigation underway to verify information and to locate assembly areas for debarkation points and dates of departure if possible. As additional information becomes available, it will be passed on.
