5. 기타
a. 해안경비대: 1948년 11월 2일부터 1948년 11월 8일까지의 기간 동안 해안경비대는 한국 해상에서 운항하던 선박 137척을 조사했다.
b. 경비대:
(1) 경비대 제3연대와 제12연대는 지리산에서 소탕 작전을 계속하고 있다.
(2) 경비대 제9연대는 제주도에서 반란군들을 진압하고 있다.
(3) (추가보고) 1948년 10월 21일부터 1948년 11월 5일까지 3,628명이 포로로 생포됐고 339명이 사망했다.
c. 보고 기간 동안 한국인 1,151명이 북한에서 38도선을 넘어와 개성, 주문진, 의정부 그리고 춘천에 있는 수용소에 들어갔다.

G-3 OPERATIONS REPORT
1. LOCATION OF TROOPS
No major change.
2. WEATHER AND VISIBILITY
Cool and clear. Favorable to air and ground operations.
3. OPERATIONS FOR THE PERIOD
a. XXIV Corps: Effective 10 November 1948 the following unit was
reduced to record status:
502d Signal Service Photo Production Team
b. 6th Infantry Division:
(1) Patrols conducted for intelligence and security were as
follows: 4 aerial patrols.
(2) Effective 9 November 1948 the following unit was reduced
to record status:
6th Engineer Combat Battalion
(3) Effective 12 November 1948 the following unit was reduced to record status:
570th Engineer Reefer Maintenance Detachment
(4) During the period 0 Military and 25,779 Civilian Measurement Tons were discharged at the port of Pusan.
(5) During the period 31 October to 6 November 1948, 10,917
Military Measurement Tons were outloaded at the port of
Pusan.
c. 7th Infantry Division:
(1) Patrols conducted for intelligence and security were as
follows: 32nd Infantry Regiment, 4 motorized and 96 foot
patrols; 48th Field Artillery Battalion, 1 motorized patrol.
(2) 31st Field Artillery Battalion closed old compound (999.5-
1638.8) 280800 October 1948, opened new compound (998.0-
1640.7) 280920 October 1948. (Delayed).
d. Korea Base Command:
(1) During the period 31 October to 6 November 1948, 14,317
Military Measurement Tons were discharged at the port of
Inchon.
(2) During the period 6,063 Military Measurement Tons were outloaded at the port of Inchon.

4. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
Minor troop displacements were effected. All major commands continued normal occupation duties.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
a. Korean Coast Guard: During the period 2 November to 8
November 1948, the Korean Coast Guard investigated 137 vessels operating in Korean waters.
b. Korean Constabulary:
(1) The 3d and 12th Regiments, Korean Constabulary, are continuing mop-up operations in the Chiri mountains.
(2) 9th Regiment, Korean Constabulary, suppressing rioters on Cheju-Do.
(3) (Delayed) For the period 21 October 1948 to 5th
November 1948, 3,628 prisoners have been taken and
339 killed.
c. During the period 1151 Koreans crossed the 38° Parallel from North Korea and entered camps at Kaesong, Chuminjin, Uijongbu and Chunchon.
