1. 첨부된 군정장관 대리의 비망록에 덧붙여 언급합니다. 수석고문관실은 유해 진 도지사에 대한 사건 일람표를 작성 중입니다. 첨부된 특별감찰관실 보고서의 관련 부분과 증거들을 발췌했으며 이것은 사건 일람표에 포함될 것입니다. 첨부 된 비망록이 지시한 대로 조사와 공문 작성이 진행 중이며 이는 12월 17일쯤 완 료될 것입니다(제주도 선임민정관과 도 식량사무소 고문관은 1947년 12월 16일 선임민정관 회의에 참석할 예정입니다).
2. 첨부된 보고서를 특별감찰관실의 조치 내용과 함께 돌려줄 것을 제안합니다.

2. Suggest that attached report be returned with this notation of action to OSI.
