제주도 - 1948년 2월 12일 경찰과 방첩대는 남로당 본부를 급습해 많은 유인물과 1948년 2월 15일부터 3월 5일까지 계속하여 소요를 일으킬 것을 지시하는 서류를 찾아냈다. 조사가 진행중이다.

Illegal Activity of a Subversive Nature.
b. CHEJU-DO Island - On 12 February 48, police and CIC raided "South Korea Labor Party" headquarters and uncovered a number of handbills and documents to the effect that trouble will be started on the 15th.of February and continue through the 5th of March 48. Investigation continues.
