다음 정보를 제공한 사람은 귀환한 연락 조종사들로부터 보고를 받은 사단 항공 장교(division Air Officer) 로우(Lowe) 소령이다. 조종사들은 방첩대, 미 고문관, 그리고 항공 정찰로부터 보고를 받았다.
1. 여수(1072-1304)에 있는 반란군의 전력은 2개 중대와 민간인 1,000명이다. 여수는 완전히 반란군의 수중에 있다. 반란군은 14연대의 모든 무기와 탄약을 갖고 있다. (F-3)
2. 여수 주변에서 제주도(950-1152)를 오가는 대량 해상운송이 진행되고 있다. 이 보고서의 출처는 방첩대와 항공 정찰이다. (B-2)
3. 반란군이 여수에서 인민재판을 열어 경찰과 다른 반대 세력을 처형하고 있다. 방첩대 보고. (B-3)
4. 출처 미상: 미 고문관 1명의 소재가 확인되지 않고 있다.
5. 오늘 아침 남원(1030-1380)에 있는 반란군들이 철도경찰 전화로 광주(990-1350)에 전화를 걸었다. 논평: 이는 남원에 침입했음을 나타낸다. (F-6)
6. 조종사 1명이 광주에 남아 있다. 내일 최근 정보를 수집하는 임무를 수행하고 돌아올 것이다.

Source of the following is Major Lowe, Division Air
Officer, who received the reports from returning Liaison Pilots.
Pilots received reports from CIC, U.S. Advisors, and air observation.
1. 2 companies and 1,000 civilians is strength of rebels in YOSU (1072-1304). YOSU completely in rebel hands. Rebels in
YOSU have all arms, ammo of the 14th Regt. (F-3).
2. Large amounts of shipping in and around YOSU to and from CHEJU-DO (950-1152) is in progress. Source of this report is
CIC and air observation. (E-2)
3. Rebels have set up a People's Court in YOSU and are trying and executing police and other opposing forces. CIC Report.

4. From an unknown source: 1 U.S. Advisor not accounted for.
5. This morning some rebel from NAMWON (1030-1380)
called KWANGJU (990-1350) over the RR Police telephone.
COMMENT: This indicates a breach in NAMWON. (F-6)
6. One pilot remains in KWANGJU. Will fly one mission
tomorrow to pick up late information and return.
7. There are 1,000 loyal Korean
Army personnel and 300 to 400 SK Police opposing the rebel forces.
