감시1반
호주, 중국, 엘살바도르, 프랑스, 인도, 필리핀 대표단으로 구성된 감시1반은 4월 5일 의장과 서울시 선거위원회 대표들이 회의를 갖는 것으로 그 활동을 시작했다. 4월 5일 오후에는 등록 활동을 참관하기 위해 서울 지역에 있는 몇몇 선정된 선거구를 방문했다.
4월 6, 7, 8일엔 개성과 인천, 충청을 각각 방문했다. 이들 지역에 있는 선거위원회 관계자를 만나 등록 방법과 결과에 대해 질문했다. 감시반 대표들은 그들이 선정한 선거구를 방문해 투표 등록 방법과 절차에 관한 유용한 정보를 획득했다.
4월 9일 금요일엔 유사한 감시 활동을 위해 공로로 제주도로 갔다.

WORK OF OBSERVATION GROUP I
Observation Group I, consisting of representatives of
Australia, China, El Salvador, France, India and the Philippine
Republic, commenced its work on 5 April when it held a meeting with the Chairman and representatives of the Seoul City Election
Committee. During the afternoon of 5 April the Group visited selected voting districts in several areas of the city in order to observe the conduct of registration.
On the 6, 7 and 8 April Group I visited Kaesong, Inchon and Chunchong respectively. In each of these places the Group met with the local Election Committees and made inquiries concerning the methods and results of registration. Members of the Group then visited voting districts selected by them and obtained useful information concerning the methods and progress of the registration of voters in the areas observed.
On Friday 9 April members of the Group left by plane for Cheju-Do in order to carry out similar observations in that area.
