There is given below summarization of 350 persons killed since January in South Korea. Figures for April are through April 26 without [illegible] possible delayed reports for week previous therto. These figures indicate that deaths for April will be slightly higher than in February and March but not alarming so. Among deaths for April, however, there are at least 8 [illegible] election officials and two candidates which have caused alarm among election officials and caused National Election Committee to bring matter to attention Military Governor General Dean. Of the 120 deaths to date for April 48 (8 police, 13 rioters and 26 nonrioters - Rightists) have occurred on Cheju Island between April 2 and 26. Following is breakdown of figures police killed: January none, February 33, March 20, April 15, total 68. Rioters killed: January 1, February 74, March 73, April 47, total 195. Nonrioters (Rightists) killed: January 1, February 14, March 14, April 58, total 87. Monthly totals of all persons killed: January 2, February 121, March 107 and April 120.
