파괴활동
1월 19일～25일 기간을 다룬 제주도 추후보고서는 반란군들의 활동이 줄어들는 추세에 있음을 보고하였다. 3회에 걸친 반란군들의 공격에서 15명의 반란군, 6명의 경찰, 12명의 민간인이 살해당하였다. 제주도 주둔 국방경비대 제2연대 미군 고문관들은 총에 맞아 숨진 97명의 남자, 여자, 그리고 어린아이들의 시체를 목격하였으나 그 죽음에 대하여 반란군, 경찰, 혹은 경비대 중 누구의 책임인지 확인할 수 없었다.

Subversive.
Delayed reports from Cheju-Do covering the period 19th-25th January indicate that activities of rebels are on a decreasing scale. 15 rebels, 6 policemen and 12 civilians were killed in 3 attacks by rebels. American advisors to the KA Second Regiment saw 97 bodies of civilian men, women and children who had been shot, but they were unable to ascertain who was responsible-rebels, police or Korean army.
