Training: In the mountains of Cheju Do training is carried on in terrorism by Korean and Jap Communists - the Hwasun mine incident was carried on by trained agents from Cheju Do. About 30 May 1947 an incident similar to Kwasun Mine incident is to take place. PAK, Heun Young is supposed to be on the Island (Cheju) around 22 April to prepare for the incident. Women agents take part in Communist liaison missions from there to Japan. All fifth columnists in SK are instructed to steal parts of locomotives and FR facilities necessary for RR in NK. The coming incident is to begin with the destruction of the RR Transportation system in SK. One Nakashima left for Cheju about 12 April carrying a message from BAIK, Tchawng.. - Comment: Note - Cheju district office and investigate all pertinent information. Other offices be on the alert for the above mentioned incident around the "ire mentioned taking all possible counter measures insuring against same. Maintain liaison with local transportation offices and run security survey of yards and equipment, constructing plans to prevent sabotage.
