The return of Rhee, Syng Man and his so-called diplomatic success will undoubtedly be an added factor to the rightist's favor. In the ILA election, the rightists, with only Cheju Do as an exception, completed a landslide. This election, handled on a democratic secret ballot system will be harder to control outrightly than the past elections. The names of important personages within the provinces also fall into the categories of this group. Undoubtedly the rightists will be able to publicly campaign more than any other group, will probably use guised official means, their financial powers and others to complete an election to their own favor.
