제목: 여수보고서, 제70호, 10월 22일 오후 12시 55분에 수신한 제1함대장의 12번째 보고
1. 10월 21일 오후 5시 30분부터 10월 22일 오전 8시 00분까지 제주도 앞 해상을 감시했던 503함이 10월 22일 오전 8시 00분 제주도 항구로 돌아왔다.
2. 501함은 10월 21일 오후 1시 00분부터 감시 활동을 했고, 일본어선 2척을 나포했다.
3. 513함은 비양도(Biyem-do) 해상을 감시 중이며, 폭도 체포와 관련된 보고는 없었다.

Report of 1st Fleet Commander
1. The boat 503 watched over the front sea of Cheju-do from 211730 to 220800 and returned to Cheju-do port at 220800.
2. The boat 501 watched from 211300 and captured two Japanese fishing ships.
3. The boat 513 is watching over Biyam-do Sea, and no report regarding capture of rioters has been received.
