모슬포 - 1948년 5월 24일 경비대 2개 소대가 좌표 924-1118 지역 인근에서 탈영병 20명을 체포했다. 지난 5월 21일 경비대원 41명이 탈영했는데 이들은 그 일원이다. (<일일정보보고> 제946호, 1948년 5월 22일 참조) 탈영병들로부터 M-1 소총 19정과 실탄 5,000발을 압수했다. (B-2)

KOSULPO (922 - 1116) - On 24 May 48, two platoons of Korean Constabulary captured twenty deserters in the vicinity of coordinates (924 - 1118). The twenty were part of the group of forty-one who had deserted their organization on 21 May 48. (G-2 P/R #940, dtd 22 May 48). Nineteen M-1 rifles and 5,000 rounds of ammunition were taken from the deserters. (B-2)
