1947년 3월 1일 오전 10시 - 좌익들로 추정되는 군중들이 경찰 건물을 공격했다가 경찰의 총격을 받았다. 그 결과 5명의 폭도가 숨졌고, 숫자 미상의 폭도들이 부상당했다. 미군이 군중들의 해산을 도운 것으로 보고됐으나 무기를 사용한 흔적은 없다.

011000 March 47 - A mob, assumed to be Leftists, attacked the police building and were met with police rifle fire which resulted in the death of five rioters and the mounding of an unknown number. US troops are reported as having assisted in the dispersal of the mob, but there is no indication that they resorted to the use of weapons.
