1947년 2월 10일 오후 1시 - 학생 약 350명이 미군정부대에 대항하여 시위를 벌이자 미군정부대는 시위대를 해산하고 학생들을 제주(읍내)에서 내쫓았다. 나중에 학생들이 잔디에 불을 붙였으나, 불은 별 피해 없이 진화되었다.

101300 February 47 - Approximately 250 students demonstrated against an MG unit which broke up the demonstration and drove the students from CHEJU. Later, the students set a grass fire which was extinguished without damage.
