1. 경비대의 포로체포
5월 30일 경비대가 군사행동을 개시한 이래 현재까지 포로 70명을 체포한 것으로 보고되었다. 이들 중 30명은 폭도 집단의 일원임을 자백했다. 경비대는 M1소총 1정, 일본제 소총 1정, 창 3개, 대검 2개 등을 포로들로부터 압수했다. (미군정 보고, B-2)

보고에 따르면 남로당 충청남도지부 연락책들은 제주도에 파견되었거나, 앞으로 파견될 모든 경찰, 경비대원, 서북청년단원들에 대한 자료를 입수하라는 명령을 받았다. (방첩대 정기보고 제128호, F-3)

5. Constabulary Capture Prisoners on CHEJU-DO
Since the beginning of the constabulary action on 30 May, 70 prisoners have been reported taken to date. Thirty of these have confessed membership in raider groups. The constabulary confiscated one M1 rifle, one Jap rifle, 3 spears and 2 bayonets from the prisoners. (MG Report. B-2)
k. Communicate to Secure Data On CHEJU-DO Personnel
It is reported that members of the liaison section of the SOUTH KOREA LABOR PARTY in CHUNGCHONG-NAMIDO have been ordered to compile data on all policemen, constabularymen and members of the NORTHWEST YOUNG MEN'S ASSOCIATION who have been or are being sent to CHEJU-DO. (CIC r/R #122. B-3)
