(3) 한국 국방경비대 본부는 전라남도 동부의 백운산 지역에서 실시된 작전으로 게릴라 47명이 사망했으며 19명이 생포되었다고 보고했다; 제주에서 게릴라 57명이 사망했으며 4명이 생포되었고 38선 남쪽 지역과 38선에 인접한 지역에서 게릴라 3명이 사망했다. 1949년 2월 23일에서 3월 2일에 이르는 기간 동안에 한국 국방경비대 본부가 보고한 총 사상자 수는 사망자 107명과 포로 23명이다. (후략)

b. Korean Constabulary:
(3) Korean Constabulary Headquarters reports 47 guerrillas killed and 19 captured in operations in the Paegun San area of Eastern Cholla Namdo Province; 57 killed and 4 captured at Cheju (951,2-1151,1) and 3 killed in the area south of and adjacent to the 38° North Parallel. Total casualties reported by Korean Constabulary Headquarters for the period 23 February to 2 march 1949, 107 killed and 23 captured.
