관공서원 직장 복귀
제주: 파업은 여전히 계속되고 있으나 천천히 와해되고 있다. 모든 관공서 직원들은 직장으로 복귀했다. 상공업계에서 일하는 직원의 약 90%도 일터로 복귀했다. 공공 운송수단은 현재 약 50% 정도 정상 운영되고 있다. 보고된 민간인 소요는 없다.

b. Civil Disturbances by Province.
(3) Cholla-South:
(a) CHEJU (951 - 1181) - The strikes still continue but are slowly disintegrating. All Provincial Government employees have returned to work. Approximately 90% of the industrial and the commercial employees have also returned to work. Public transportation is now operating at about 50% normal. No civil disturbances reported.
